Our team

Olga Dagmar Leoniak is the founder of ICON. Her career began in the European fashion industry many years ago. Since then she has worked in modelling, fashion buying, and marketing (Calvin Klein, Dolce&Gabbana, Armani, Prada, Nina Ricci, German Vogue). More recently she has worked successfully as a business analyst (Esprit, Promod, Amazon.com, Lee Cooper).

Her core expertise lies in branding, fashion retail, e-commerce, media, supplier & key account management and marketing. Olga’s experience gained in her various teams, environments, products and market channels is now focussed entirely on ICON’s clients!
